Speaker Jey Owens is the District Recruitment and Retention Specialist for Decatur Public Schools.
Her presentation will include hands on recruiting scenarios, where chapter members will try to figure out the best ways to approach the scenario and decide whether or not the candidate is a good fit. Members will leave well informed on ways to uniquely recruit a diverse pool of candidates.
